Peripheral is a participatory arts project that brings people together through experimental, hands-on creative practice. Delivered at Arcade. Dungloe, it creates space for expression, dialogue, and belonging by treating the town centre as a site of cultural exchange rather than consumption. 

‘Collage. Mark Making. & Zines.’ is a chance for you to play with image, cut and paste, use mixed media, creatively placing images together to tell a story using borrowed images or just create visual nonsense. This workshop is all about the process, learning how to build a composition from found imagery and how to cut and fold the final a3 sheet to end up with a zine. Each participant will get to make 10 copies of their zine to take away with them.
